This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding agreement between you ("End User") and Clingfy.
The "Software" includes the Clingfy macOS application and any associated documentation or updates provided by us.
Clingfy respects your privacy. The Software does not transmit your personal recordings to our servers. Usage analytics are limited to technical data required for updates (Sparkle).
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
