Clingfy ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use the Clingfy macOS application.
Clingfy runs locally on your Mac. We do not upload your recordings to any server. All video and audio data processing happens on your device using native macOS frameworks (AVFoundation, ScreenCaptureKit).
Recordings are saved to the local folder you specify in the app settings. You have full control over these files. We cannot access them unless you explicitly share them with us for support purposes.
The app periodically checks for updates by connecting to clingfy.com/updates/appcast.xml. This request sends basic anonymous technical data (app version, macOS version) to determine compatibility.
